Financed the £20M acquisition of six hotels let on operating leases to a national hotel operator, completed at 60% loan-to-value. The borrowing structure comprised offshore JPUTs with ultimate beneficial owners spread across Asia. We worked closely with the sponsors and broker to execute post-exchange and hit the agreed completion date, documenting on LMA terms with blocked bank accounts and a pre-agreed waterfall mechanism.
