Advised on the structuring the company and subsidiaries prior to acquisition which maximized the value of the portfolio and leverage, minimized refinance risk by allowing multiple lenders to refinance part of the total portfolio or take the entire loan. Further since acquisition was time sensitive, pragmatic use of title insurance on the granular portfolio coupled with sampling of environmental searches allowed us to complete the loan smoothly, quickly and diligently.
